Linda Tenant Linda Tennant, President of Attainment, Inc., was formerly Vice President of an international hotel chain and trained over 2,000 hotel managers and salespeople throughout the world. After training large numbers of people in the traditional seminar format, Linda became discouraged when she discovered many people did not apply the information learned back on the job. For the past 25 years, she has been using the LMI Behavior Change Process, to help clients in a variety of industries, set and achieve specific goals resulting in a measurable return on investment. You will never find anyone more committed than Linda to helping people achieve their goals.
Tery Tenant

Tery Tennant has a background in corporate management, management consulting, small business operation and training that spans nearly 30 years. Tery has led multiple departments of over 70 people from diverse cultures and received various leadership awards. He facilitates a variety of leadership and performance improvement classes for companies, various trade associations nationwide and also for colleges and nonprofits. He is completing his MBA (with Servant Leadership emphasis).  Tery's focus is always about how information can be most effectively applied for genuine behavior change impact in real life.

Michelle Sterling has over 20 years of corporate human resource development experience. She held senior leadership roles in financial services, automotive, and hospitality. Michelle is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and has a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a M.S. in Training and Human Resource Development. Michelle is passionate about helping companies improve productivity and results. She excels in helping others with work/life balance, generational differences, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Kelly Ford has a background in sales, human resources, recruiting, training and corporate management in the entertainment, industrial and transportation industries. In 1992, Kelly experienced her first Attainment class as a participant and went on to become a facilitator. As a manager, Kelly successfully coached many of her employees through the Attainment process. She has a Masters in Professional Counseling and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Clients say they enjoy Kelly's outgoing style of effective facilitation.
Allen Raffetto has a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, with an emphasis in cognitive processes, statistics, and psychometrics (the measurement of psychological variables such as intelligence, aptitude, and personality traits).  He has over 35 years of in-depth business experience emphasizing assessments, cognitive processes and job-related behaviors.  He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University , a M.A. at San Francisco University , and a Ph.D. at the University of North Dakota.  He taught at several universities and was chairman of the Psychology Department at Beloit College .  He has been a member of the American Psychological Association and Sigma XI, a Scientific Society.  Allen's many years of experience in working with CEOs has led him to identify what it takes to build and sustain high performing organizations.
