Kelly Ford has a background in sales, human resources, recruiting, training and corporate management in the entertainment, industrial and transportation industries. In 1992, Kelly experienced her first Attainment class as a participant and went on to become a facilitator. As a manager, Kelly successfully coached many of her employees through the Attainment process. She has a Masters in Professional Counseling and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Allen Raffetto has a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, with an emphasis in cognitive processes, statistics, and psychometrics (the measurement of psychological variables such as intelligence, aptitude, and personality traits). He has over 35 years of in-depth business experience emphasizing assessments, cognitive processes and job-related behaviors. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University , a M.A. at San Francisco University , and a Ph.D. at the University of North Dakota. He taught at several universities and was chairman of the Psychology Department at Beloit College . He has been a member of the American Psychological Association and Sigma XI, a Scientific Society. Allen's many years of experience in working with CEOs has led him to identify what it takes to build and sustain high performing organizations. |
